EMAIL US here if you need assistance in ordering one of our products or if you have any questions about ordering a personalized or special order item.

Please add our email jacki@hearthsidecollection.net to your safe list.  We have found that a few of our customers do not get our email replies. Once you place an order, you'll automatically receive an email with your invoice number. You should also get an personal email from us letting you know that we got  your  order. We are usually very prompt in returning your emails or sending a personal email after on order. If you do not hear from us within a day or two, please contact us again and also make sure we are added to your email's safe senders list.
