We usually reply to all emails and orders within 24 hours.(longer on the weekends) If you have not heard from us, PLEASE contact us again and make sure you add our email to your safe list. We have had a few customers who have to do this in order to get emails from us.

 
SPECIAL ORDERS

Many of our products can be made with a personalized saying or verse or personalized with your name etc. On these made to order items, we ask that you please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

 
PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards, Paypal, personal checks and money orders. There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. Your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared. Therefore, when paying by check, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us and you will be given a store credit for the amount of your purchase minus any shipping charges.

 
INSURANCE

If you would like to add insurance to your order, click on the insurance link at the top of our site and add it to your cart. Below is a chart of the USPS insurance rates.

$7.45 plus $0.95 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.
 
SHIPPING INFO

In stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship USPS priority. Shipping charges are calculated based on real time shipping rates. This means the cost is based on the weight of your package and the address where your package will be shipped.

We also provide shipping rates for our international customers.

WHOLESALE INFO

We have just a few wholesale customers as we are a small business and make many of our items by hand. If you are interested in purchasing items for resale, please email us a list of the kinds of items you are wanting. We will then give you a wholesale quote. The prices all depend on the type of item, our current on hand supplies, and our other order commitments at the time of your order. We usually require a $500.00 (retail price) order to qualify for the discount. We do not wholesale our personalized items. Keep in mind that our availability to fill a wholesale order is largely determined by the time of year. For example, we could probably not fill a wholesale order in the fall busy season. Summer, maybe. Winter or spring is usually the best time for this possibility. We look forward to hearing from you if you are still interested in getting a quote on our items.
