SPECIAL ORDERS
Many of our products can be made with a personalized saying or verse or personalized with your name etc. On these made to order items, we ask that you please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. During some busy seasons it may be longer. We truly enjoy drawing and hand stitching each sampler we make and we do appreciate your patience as we take time to make each one just for you.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards, Paypal, personal checks and money orders. There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. Your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared.
RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can make arrangements for a return. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges.
INSURANCE
If you would like to add insurance to your order, click on the insurance link at the top of our site and add it to your cart. Below is a chart of the USPS insurance rates.

SHIPPING INFO
In stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We usually ship USPS Priority. Shipping charges are calculated based on real time shipping rates. This means the cost is based on the weight of your package and the address where your package will be shipped.
We also provide shipping rates for our international customers.
